On the Beginnings podcast, writer and performer Andy Beckerman asks well-known comedians, musicians, writers and artists about their earliest creative acts and about other formative childhood experiences. Situated halfway between the light breeziness of Who Charted? and the neurotic psychoanalysis of WTFBeginnings is fun, weird and informative!

Snap_Impression

Snap Impression is a podcast gameshow tournament where contestants don’t have to just press their luck, they must impress their luck.

Here’s how it works:

A full season of the show is made up of seven cycles (15 weeks of games): four regular tournament games, and then a March Madness-style bracket featuring the winners of the four tournament games facing off against each other to determine the ultimate winner of the season. The game is simple. Contestants are asked to impersonate various celebrities, fictional characters and historical personages. The idea isn’t necessarily to do the best impression, but rather to commit and have fun with it.

Scriptnotes
